Mid-Level Landscape Architect / Designer

Bud Creative is currently seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Designer to join our team who resonates with our values.  This candidate will be an individual who has knowledge and experience of the full design process, project management capabilities and works well within a project team.  

Responsibilities:

• Integral position managing projects, ensuring a smooth transition from initial design to final implementation. 

  Contribute to raising the bar within our design process, continually pushing our standards to improve and implement creative, effective and sustainable solutions. 

  Collaborate closely with our dedicated team, building relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• A professional degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture projects, with focus in hospitality, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, planning and urban design.  

• Demonstrated experience in project management and a comprehensive understanding of the design process.

• Comfortable with hand graphics and ability to communicate design through presentations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and/or Land F/X CAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and other relevant design software.  Experience in Lumion, Revit is a plus. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Ability to adjust for project priorities.
